Welcome to TruthScope AI (the "App"), operated by Force Tech ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Scope

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Upload harmful or unlawful content
• Interfere with the App's security or performance
• Reverse-engineer or copy the App's code
• Use bots or scrapers without permission

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

The App offers paid membership plans:

• Weekly: Auto-renews weekly, includes daily Points.
• Annual: Auto-renews yearly, includes bulk and daily Points.

Bonus points expiring on the same day they are issued, except purchased Points which never expire. Memberships auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the term.

4. Points (Credits)

Points are virtual tokens with no cash value. They may be:

• Earned (via memberships)
• Purchased (non-expiring)
• Used for services like Find Evidence and Get Help

All purchases are final unless required otherwise by local law.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments processed via Apple App Store or Google Play
• Prices include tax unless stated
• Refunds are handled through the platform provider

6. User Content

You may upload User Content (text, images, audio, video). You confirm you have rights to do so. You grant us a license to process and improve our services using this content.

6A. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, review, and remove any user-uploaded content (including text, images, audio, and video) that violates our Terms, contains inappropriate or illegal material, or may harm other users. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content involving nudity, sexual content, hate speech, violence, or any other material that violates community standards or applicable laws. We may employ automated filters and/or manual review to detect and restrict such content.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, and materials belong to or are licensed to Force Tech. You may not reuse them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All outputs are AI-generated and provided "as-is." We make no guarantees on accuracy or reliability.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including data loss or profit loss.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Force Tech from any claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your use without notice for any violation. Points will be forfeited. Some terms survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update the App or Terms and notify you via the App. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in San Francisco.

14. Miscellaneous

• If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
• Our failure to enforce doesn't waive rights.
• These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
